Grace jewelry line

It's supple, strong、easily-removable from a mould, and has a bright color development.

Please do not put it into your mouth since it's not edible.

How to use jewelry powder.

1. Prepare a dry clay work.

2. Moisten a brush with water and squeeze the brush well on the rim of a container.

3. Apply an paste for clay jewelry uniformly and thinly on the surface of a clay work.

4. Dry the exclusive paste for more than five minutes.

5. Paint a clay work with jewelry powder by a dry brush*

6. When the paste dried, and then, all is completed.

* When you paint your clay work with jewelry powder, use a dry brush instead of a brush for the paste.

In case jewelry powder was not painted neatly

1. In case jewelry powder was not painted partly..

2. Fix paste once again on the part where isn't painted with jewelry powder.

3. Dry paste for more than five minutes.

4. Paint the part with jewelry powder, where paste is fixed.

Technic of using Jewelry Powder

1. Change of coloring by clay's color. Coloring is endless.

Various coloring will be created by jewelry powder of the same color
You can create various colors endlessly since it develops into different colors according to clay's color even if you use the jewelry powder of the same color.

*"Shell Red" jewelry powder is used.

*"Grace Color clay" is used in coloring the clay.

2. Many coating (with same color). Deep coloring is created and it will become stronger against water and shock due to its thick coating formation.

2. Apply an exclusive paste for jewelry powder.

3. Dry the exclusive paste for more than five minutes and paint it many times with jewelry powder of the same color.

3. Many coating (with different color). Coloring by mixing two colors.

2. Apply a paste of exclusive use for jewelry powder.

3. Dry the paste for more than five minutes and paint it many times with jewelry powder of the different color.

4. Gradating is easy, too !

1. Apply an paste for jewelry powder to the dry clay work.

2. Dry the paste for more than five minutes and paint it a bit by bit with the jewelry powder of the first color.

3. Paint it with the jewelry powder of the second color.

UV resin for coating clay works

You may use it for whichever of resin clay, lightweight clay or stone clay , which are sold by our company.

Advantage:

You may coat it surely since liquid won't easily hang down

It's water-resistant.

It will become resistant better against cracking and dirt. It will harden even by sun-light

How to use (when you use UV rays):

1. Wrap up a cardboard in aluminum foil.

2. Round the aluminum foil and fix it with tape, etc.

3. Fix a clay work with tape on the rounded aluminum foil.

4.Paint it with UV resin Coating.

5. Set it to an UV (ultraviolet rays) irradiation device

6. Irradiate UV (ultraviolet rays) to the clay work for 3 to15 minutes.

7. Reverse the clay work, and then apply UV resin coating to it.

8. Irradiate it once again for 3 to15 minutes. And now, all is completed.

*Use a 36W type of the UV irradiation device. The time necessary to irradiate an UV rays will vary depending on the thickness of UV resin and the type of irradiation device.

*In case of hardening a clay work by sun-light, tａｋｅ a step such as reversing it so that the whole work can receive sun-light as much as possible.
In order to harden the clay work, assume it the target time to give sun-light as for approximately 5 to 30 minutes, since the time to do so will vary depending on the weather.
